英語「train pass」の意味って？
文と文を対等の関係で結びつける接続詞、and（そして）、but（しかし）、so（それで）を用いて文を作ってみましょう。
天気がいいので、どこかへ出かけよう。
The weather is good, so l’ll go somewhere.
コンビニで弁当を買って、レンジで温めた。
I bought a bento [a lunch box] at a convenience store and heated it up in the microwave.
今日の最高気温が20 度で、明日は10 度ですって？ いったい、それ何？
The high temperature today is going to be 20, and tomorrow it’s going to be 10? What’s that about?
気が進まないけど、やってみます。
I don’t really want to, but I’ll try.
定期券を忘れたので、（切符を買うのに）無駄なお金を使わなければならなかった。
I forgot my train [commuter] pass, so I had to waste money.

ちょこっと解説♪
- 「気が進まない」は「本当はやりたくない」と解釈し、I don’t really want to などと表現します
- バスの定期券なら bus commuter pass と表現できます
