日本でもbills、大人気のようですね;-)
朝時間の特集でも大きく取り上げられていますね！

私もbillsが大好きで、ワーキングホリデーでシドニーに住んでいた２００８年、
何度か足を運びました。

写真手前は、私が食べた”フル・オージー・ブレックファースト”。
卵が隠れて見えないのが残念ですが。。。
写真奥は、友達が食べた”スクランブル・オーガニック・エッグとトースト”。

そしてこちらの写真は、”ビルズ・ホットチョコレート”。
シドニーでもメルボルンでも、
チョコレートに拘り抜いたホットチョコレートを出している店は多いですが、
殆どのお店がパウダーかリキッドのチョコレートに温めたミルクを注ぐスタイル。
でもこのビルズ・ホットチョコレートは、
カラボーのチョコレートチップがそのままグラスに入っていて、
温めたミルクが注がれてきます。
自分でかき混ぜて飲むのですが、かき混ぜる度にチョコレートが溶けて、
それはそれは、何とも言えない美味しさなんです！

特集のレシピを見て自分で作るもよし、お近くのbillsまで足を運ぶもよし、
早起きした朝のご褒美に、皆さんも世界一の朝ご飯、
食べてみてはいかかでしょう！？

I love Bills, I went there several times when I lived in Sydney in 2008 for my working holiday.

The dish in the front is “full aussie breakfast, scrambled organic eggs, sourdough toast, bacon, roast tomato, chipolatas and mushrooms” which I had.
( You can’t see the eggs, though.)
The dish in the back is “scrambled organic eggs with sourdough toast”
which my friend had.

This photo is “bills hot chocolate made with callebaut”.
There are a lots of cafes which are particular about the chocolate used in their hot chocolate, both in Sydney and Melbourne.
However, most of cafes use powdered or liquid chocolate with steamed milk.
This “bills hot chocolate” is different from others.
They put the callebaut’s chocolate chips directory into the latte glass,
then pour the steamed milk over to the chocolate chips and you stir it yourself.
It’d melt as I stirred and the taste and texture was fabulous!

Which would you choose,
cook by yourself or go to your nearest bills?
