でも、メルボルンのカフェの朝食も、世界一級の美味しさです;-)
先日は、美味しいコーヒーとボリューム満点の朝食で大人気のカフェ、
three bags fullへ行ってきました。
メルボルンらしい、元倉庫を改装したクールな外観、
ボーリングのレーンを改装したテーブルや
逆さのコーヒーカップをランプシェード代わりに使った内装などなど、
お客様の心をガッチリ掴む演出も人気の秘訣かもしれません。

ポーチド・エッグとハーブ”とソイ・ラテ。
一皿に色々な国の料理が乗っている、メルボルンっぽいカフェ朝ご飯です。

There is bills in Sydney.
However, a breakfast in Melbourne is also called “the world’s best”.
I went to a cafe called three bags full which is famous for its tasty coffee and big breakfast.
The outside has Melbourne’s “it used to be a warehouse” cool,
The interior is also superb.
The table which used to be an old bowling lane, lamp shades which are upside-down coffee cups and saucers etc…
It must be one of the reasons why they are so popular.
The photo is the today’s special, ” crisp potato roesti w smoked salmon,
romesco, poached eggs & herbs” and Soy Latte.
It’s really Melbourne-style cafe brekky which consists of lots of multi cultural cuisines on one plate.
